Kingston Town Centre purchased 50% of three NHP companies which own two significant sites:
a) Riverside site - planning application submitted for 243 apartments.
b) Skerne Rd site - planning consent exists to create 191 apartments. A substitute application has been submitted for 146 apartments and 150 bed hotel.

Vicarage Rd/Wood Street - planning consent exists for the redevelopment of this site of a 225 bed student hall of residence.

Rothley; Leicestershire - purchase of a freehold and part equitable interest in brownfield site on the edge of Rothley.

Epsom; Upper High Street 24 apartments and 6,000 sq ft of retail accommodation undertaken in joint venture by the Summit Group and Glencarron Properties. The retail accommodation is currently available through Jackson Criss (Adam Robinson 020 7637 7100) and Huggins Edwards and Sharp (William Sharp 01372 740555).

East Grinstead; Rudge House, Cantelupe Road refurbishment of existing office building to provide 15 apartments. Undertaken in joint venture with Acornford and Mountbatton.

Winchester; Northgate House, Staple Gardens bought vacant without planning consent in March 2003 from Liverpool Victoria. Obtained planning consent for 70 apartments and 10,000 sq ft of offices; significant archaeological dig undertaken. A joint venture with Acornford; residential element undertaken with Laing Homes; commercial element currently available through Goadsby (David Rowthorn 01962 869667).

Basingstoke; Viables 3 speculative office building 74,000 sq ft in joint venture with Basingstoke & Deane District Council, Morley Properties and Acornford. Currently available through Strutt & Parker (Ed Smith 020 7318 5136), Vail Williams (Andrew Newman 01256 467716) and CBRE (James Brounger 020 7182 2226).

Basingstoke; Crown Buildings, Alencon Link 380,000 sq ft scheme comprising 288 apartments and 50,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation purchased unconditionally with vacant possession from the Cabinet Office, with their on-going profit participation. A joint venture with London & Paris, Summit Group and Acornford. The residential was undertaken in joint venture with Barratt Homes. The commercial accommodation is currently being let through London Clancy (Keith Harpley 01256 462222).

Dorchester; old Herrison Hospital site - 3 acre site purchased unconditionally and planning consent subsequently obtained for 60 bed nursing home and 29 closed care apartments. Sold in December 2006.

Cambridge; St Johns Innovation Park 30,000 sq ft new office development in joint venture with Bride Hall and British Gas Pension Fund.

Basingstoke; Viables Two speculative development of 2 office buildings in joint venture with Basingstoke & Deane District Council and Acornford. First building of 24,000 sq ft let to Fibernet and sold to clients of Hendersons. Second building of 18,000 sq ft let to Steris and sold to local investor.

London; Kings Road, SW3 a 60,000 sq ft refurbishment to provide a 302 bedroom student hall of residence which was subsequently sold to IES of Chicago in 2004. The Hall was voted best student accommodation available in London by the Mail on Sunday and 5th best in the world that year.

Kent; QED, Aylesford 30 acre industrial site sold to Astral Developments Ltd.
